Thank you for shopping with Erie Trading Post. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

No Refunds or Returns

All items sold by Erie Trading Post are custom, print-on-demand products made specifically for you after you place your order. Because each shirt is printed on demand rather than pulled from pre-made stock, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Ordering the wrong size (please check our size chart before ordering)
  • Ordering the wrong color or design
  • No longer wanting the item

Since production begins shortly after your order is placed, we're also unable to cancel or modify orders once they've entered production.

Exceptions: Defects, Damage, or Errors

We do stand behind the quality of our products. We will offer a free replacement or full refund if:

  • Your item arrives damaged or defective (printing errors, torn fabric, stains, etc.)
  • You received the wrong item (incorrect design, size, or color from what you ordered)
  • Your order was lost in transit

To request a replacement or refund under these circumstances:

  1. Contact us at within [7–14] days of receiving your order
  2. Include your order number and clear photos of the item (and packaging, if damaged in shipping)
  3. Our team will review your claim and respond within 7 business days

If approved, we will send a replacement at no additional cost, or issue a refund to your original payment method if a replacement isn't possible.

Before You Order

Since we can't accept returns for sizing or preference issues, please:

  • Check our size chart carefully and measure a shirt you already own for comparison
  • Review product photos and descriptions closely
  • Reach out with any questions before ordering

Order Cancellations

Because production starts quickly, cancellation requests cannot be honored after submitting your order. All submitted orders are considered final.
